Materials
Cotton yarn 8/3 (thin yarn) in skin color, red, black, white, light gray, dark gray and dark brown.
Thin chenille in white and light brown.
Crochet hook of 1,2 mm
8 mm safety eyes
Soft wire or pipe cleaner
Fiber fill
False eyelashes
White pompom.
Blush or pastel chalks

C: Chain
RND: Round
SC: Single crochet
HDC: Half double crochet

Arms (x2)
Start with skin color

Change color to red

Do not fasten off the red thread, make now the sleeve:
Sleeves (make 1 in every arm)
With the same red yarn of the arm, flip the arm (the hand must be facing you), and make 1 ch. Work in rows, joining every row with SL and makin 2 chs at the end (these 2 chains don’t count as a st):

Right
Repeat the same steps of the left leg, from RND1 to RND13, but don’t fasten off. In the last st of RND 13 make 3C, join to the other leg with SL. In the st where you just made SL make a BLO SC (this will be the begining of every RND), now make the body:

We’re going to stop here for a moment and start making the dress. With red yarn, join it to the 1st stitch of front loops of round 23 (the body must be facing down). Work in rows, do not turn. Finish the round by making a SL and 1C.

Panty frills
Join cotton white yarn to the front loops of RND13 of the legs and with the doll facing up, make (SC, INC)x6 on every loop. You must do it on every leg. Now continue with the body.
Fill the body as you crochet it.

Take the red yarn where you left it and make:

Embroider the eyebrows with dark gray cotton 2 round above the eyes and embroider the nose one round under the eyes. Embroider the outside of the eye with white cotton and put the false eyelashes above the eyes and paint cheeks with blush or pastel chalks.

Fasten off. Sew a white pompom at the top of the hat. Embroider snowflakes if you want.
Glue nail ornaments on the dress.
With light brown chenille, join yarn to the 1st front loop of RND 5 of the legs and make 1SC on every loop.
