Insert safety eyes in round 5 where hdcinc are. Insert eyes 14 mm at a distance of 6-7hdc, counting from the eye stem. The photo shows the points where we insert the eye stems.
Before securing the eyes with a plug, check if they are located evenly in relation to the snout.
Stuff the toy with fiberfill as you go. I stuffed the head quite tightly, and stuffed the rest of the toy so that the snake’s body remained soft and elastic.

Decoration

Take black yarn YarnArt Jeans and a suitable needle. Embroider the upper eyelids, nostrils and mouth. I embroidered the eyebrows with chenille yarn above the eyes, 4-5 stitches will be enough.

Tongue

Hook size 2 mm and red yarn YarnArt Jeans. The tongue is crocheted as a separate piece and then attached to the mouth using the ends of the red thread. You can also crochet the tongue on the toy. Insert the hook in the middle of the mouth, grab the red yarn, draw the loop and make ch1. Then follow my description.
Ch12, from the second chain on the hook: 3 sl st.

Ch4, from the second chain on the hook: 3 sl st.
Work 8 sl st on the main chain.
Cut the yarn, leaving the end for sewing pieces.
Attach the tongue to the mouth.
Your snake is ready!
